4. Health Information and HIPAA
When we receive protected health information (PHI) in connection with an application or policy, we treat it as highly confidential. Where we act as a business associate of an insurance carrier, we follow the safeguards required by our business associate agreements.
Please do not submit detailed medical information through the website contact form. If medical information is needed, we will request it through a secure channel.
6. No Sale of Personal Information

Note that some information may be exempt from deletion when it is covered by HIPAA, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or insurance record-keeping laws.
12. SMS and Text Messaging
If you consent to receive text messages, we will use your number only to communicate about your inquiry, policy and our services. Reply "STOP" at any time to unsubscribe, or "HELP" for assistance. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
