• General guidance on subsidy eligibility, which is ultimately determined by the Marketplace;

4. We Are Not an Insurance Company

We act as licensed agents. Insurance coverage is issued and underwritten solely by the insurance carrier you select. All coverage, benefits, exclusions, limitations and premiums are governed by the terms of the policy issued by that carrier. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by HealthCare.gov or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

5. No Guarantee of Coverage, Price or Eligibility

Quotes provided through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a guarantee of coverage, premium, subsidy amount or eligibility. Final approval, pricing and benefits are determined exclusively by the insurance carrier and, where applicable, the Health Insurance Marketplace. Life insurance projections, including IUL cash value illustrations, are hypothetical and not guaranteed; past index performance does not guarantee future results.
